Privacy

All materials containing information about the client or his/her activities that are submitted to SO Succinct, whether electronically, by hand or by post, are considered the intellectual property of the client. SO Succinct shall not distribute, publicize, or reproduce this intellectual property without the client’s express permission. Any and all personal or corporate information that a client may reveal to SO Succinct through electronic correspondence or verbal communication shall be kept confidential.

SO Succinct shall not distribute a client’s name or contact information to a third party without the express permission of the client.

Ethics

SO Succinct shall not accept any job that breaches lawful or ethical boundaries. This includes, but is not limited to, writing essays and other assignments for students.

Scheduling and Payment

SO Succinct is dedicated to the timely completion and delivery of all services. However, it is the responsibility of the client to provide SO Succinct with any and all materials and information needed to complete the editorial task on time. Due dates for all jobs will be agreed upon by SO Succinct and the client at the time the job is booked. In the event that the client needs to move up or postpone the due date, he or she must inform SO Succinct as soon as possible.

All payments are due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
